Deer and Duck Work

We are adding some additional feeders and stands for deer hunting and added a water control device on the beaver pond to keep it down for groceries to grow.

 Water Control device recommended by our TPWD biologist.  Bust the damn, lay in some pipe, let the beavers fix the damn around the pipes.  Will see how it works.

Fishing Boat Project

I always wanted to have a bass boat in the pond for fishing (more comfortable and easier to fish out of than a flatbottom or canoe).  It will be good for the kids too!  I picked up this old Kingfisher, installed an automatic bilge, trolling motor, and solar panel and now have a boat we can hop in and go fishing anytime since it stays in the water.
