Mom was working so Jake and I headed up to the lease to fill feeders, check the blinds, and explore.

A snack after a good nap on the way up.




Hard to see but there is a gnat on Jake's upper lip and he kept making a funny face and twisting his lips to get it off. I guess he hasn't figured out he can us his hands to brush something other than food off his face.

That's my boy! Getting one of my old Duck Commander videos and bringing it to me to "read". Yes son, that is a VHS tape, not a DVD, CD, Blue Ray, or whatever you call them now.

Fishing with Dave and his girls

Took the Skeeter up to Wimberley to get it on the lake and ready for Dave's fishing tournament next weekend. We even had some time to catch a few fish!

Check out Dave's pink and purple Dora pole! Gwen was fishing with the spinning rod and loved the bubble gum trick worm we tied on that matched her shirt. Emma just loved bubble gum (its hanging out of her mouth)!
